Return Policy
If a product is damaged during transit,
we will refund the cost of the product or replace the product.
You can get the refund or replacement by returning goods

Back Ordered Products
Although we fill our orders completely, on rare occasions, a product may be back ordered. You will get an e-mail notification to that effect along with the approximate shipping date. At that time, you also have a chance to cancel the back ordered item. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we will ship the item per our e-mail notification.

Refunds
Refunds for the items for which we have received payment will be made either by check or credited to your credit card account. Our manager will respond promptly to your request. If you have any concerns, you may send an e-mail to info@aimcraft.com. |
Cancellations
We do not anticipate any cancellations from our customers once we send the order confirmation and the products have been shipped. Shipping Charges

There are No shipping charges for
delivery within India.
All
orders shipped in 24 hours and delivered in 3 to 5 days
by International Courier.
We work on principles of no profit no loss on shipping
charges. The shipping charges are calculated on volumetric
weight of individual items in packaged form.
Shipping charges include base shipping charge
and unit shipping charge. A fixed base shipping
charge of US$ 9.00 is levied on each order irrespective
of the number of products purchased. In addition, unit
shipping charge per consignment on its "actual and volume
weight" is charged as follows :

e.g. If the total volume wt of your order is 2.5 Kg (2500 gms). Your Shipping charges
would be calculated as follows :

US $ 5.00 X 5 = US $ 25.00
Total Shipping Charges = US$ 34.00
